I am so happy to be headed back to Cuba with Amigo Skate Cuba this summer. This year we are trying to bring 100 skateboards with us, my goal is to contribute 10 complete skateboards. Please come out to show your support and bring donations if you can (donations should be in decent condition, no broken/chipped boards, flat wheels, etc)
The Cuban skateboard community has been thriving in recent years due to organizations, individuals, and skate teams who keep the flow of boards coming into the country. Cuba has no skate shops, and even if it did, few could afford to buy a board. Skateboarding has to power to save and transform peoples lives. I appreciate your help in making that happen for those who might not otherwise have the opportunity
This year we are doing a ton of events in Cuba including a mass Go Skateboarding Day celebration, competitions, art show, video premiere, and a diy mini ramp build. Follow Amigo Skate Cuba to see updates and lots of great photos

Pennsylvania will also be performing. So get ready for a kick ass afternoon of tamales, hip hop and folk punk!
