“For me, making this album was all about exploring what felt right for each song in that moment. It’s a combination of storytelling and emotion meets music. I never want to get bored with what I’m doing in the studio, but this was a way for me to keep things me, while stepping outside of myself to create something new. I produced this record with Nico Grossfeld, who I have been working with for quite some time. I believe it’s very important that those working with you fully understand you musically, and he does. So it makes for a very good combination. I wrote all the songs on Paranoia, with each song coming from a different headspace while keeping them all cohesive.
